Overview
- Custom / Personalized Items: Final sale; only returns for defects/damage.
- Non-Custom Items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Report Issues within 3 days for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
- Return shipping costs for non-quality issues are covered by the customer; use trackable methods.

Returns & Refunds (Non-Custom Items)
- Condition: Unworn, unused, original packaging.
- Non-Returnable: Custom items, sale items, earrings, gift cards.
- Process:
1. Email support@twohalvesjewelry.com with order number, reason, and photos.
2. Receive U.S. return address & instructions.
3. Ship using trackable service; keep proof.
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days after inspection; original shipping fees non-refundable.

Defective / Incorrect Items
- Report within 3 days with photos.
- Verified items replaced or refunded (including shipping).
